This Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit: Beverage Machinery is used to
produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic
beverage machinery and other non-gas beverage machinery. Beverage
Machinery can finish all the process such as washing bottle,
filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and Outsiders
touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity

The bottle washing section is mainly composed of turn- up guide-bar ,opening clippers cam, water distributing plate ,clippers and others .Its function is washing bottles inside
After washing, bottles are moving into filling system by star wheel; at the same time, filling valves start working, until to the setting filling level; bottles are moving to next section;
Positioning for Filling Level(adjusted filling nozzles for changing filling level);
This part is including capping nozzles, driving system and cap-unscrambler;
Capping nozzles take the caps, move down to bottle and then rotate for capping.
When the torsion is over 7KG, capping nozzle will be slipping.
